EXPERIUM

[E/ik'SPEEri/um]/noun

ORIGIN: Coined from “Experience” (English) & -ium (Latin suffix denoting a place with specific purpose)

  1. An organisation, dedicated to transforming commercial real estate through innovative asset management and sustainable operations to maximise investor returns.

  2. A future-centric approach to commercial real estate, focused on ensuring enduring relevance and robust demand by curating properties as destinations that deliver exceptional, in-person experiences.

Paul founded Experium in 2024 after two decades of asset management, capital markets, strategy and operations at firms including Hongkong Land, JP Morgan, and DTZ. He brings the depth of experience of having managed over US$2 billion of assets, set strategy across 16 countries and successfully negotiated more than 200 leases.

His ability to innovate is best demonstrated by his success in originating and scaling the Centricity businesses at Hongkong Land and continues his industry involvement as a Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI) as Committee member of UrbanPlan and former Vice Chair of British Chamber Property Committee.
